Friday Favorites

Hello! So sorry I haven't posted the past two days; I have several posts lined up, but just haven't had time to get them written. I figured I'd give myself a break, because otherwise it'll take the fun out of blogging. I hope to be back more days next week! Here are some favorites from the week.

I took this last Friday at my parent's house. I was helping my mom with some organizing, and Henry was hanging out with Papa. Looks like he was a little tired! My dad is such a sweet Papa, and his grandkids adore him!

My good friend Marley gave me this Bible at a baby shower, my friend Mary Shea brought a copy to the hospital when Henry was born, and then we were given a copy at Henry's baby dedication. I am keeping every copy because I think we will wear this book out! This is seriously the BEST children's Bible I've ever seen. It tells all of the major Bible stories, but it ties every story back to Jesus and the fact that he came to Earth, lived a perfect life, and died for our sins; exactly what I want to pour into Henry's heart! We read a story or two to Henry before bed every night while he's drinking his bottle, and almost every one of them chokes me up. I foresee giving these as lots of baby gifts in the future! 

My puzzle kick continues! I went to Hobby Lobby on Monday and picked up two new ones, and I had so much fun doing this "Old Fashioned Toy Store" puzzle. It was pretty hard because of all that was going on in the picture, but how can you not have fun looking at all those toys?! :)

Amanda sent me this picture on Tuesday when she was keeping Henry, and it cracked me up! These sweet girls sure do love taking care of their cousin!

Today I am looking forward to another day off at home with my baby, and then a busy day at work on Saturday. It's gonna be a good weekend! :)
