George's 1st Birthday

 I'm at a loss for words...I truly cannot believe that our baby George is one year old! This year has gone by so fast and been so wonderful with our sweet boy! 

We began the festivities over the weekend with a Curious George themed birthday party. We invited family and a few friends and had the best time celebrating our very own curious George!     

George got so many nice gifts including a tricycle, Cozy Coupe, Noah's ark toy, blocks, books, giant stacking rings, stacking cubes, and more!

Mamaw and Daddy Wayne drove to town for the party and ended up spending the whole day at our house with us, which was really fun and special too!

George's birthday fell on a Tuesday, which meant that Henry and Claire both were at school that morning. After his nap, George and I went to Kroger where I told multiple people that it was his first birthday and he received lots of well wishes. :) Then we met Caleb for lunch at Ted's BBQ. It was sweet and special to have a little time one-on-one with our birthday boy! 

Henry and Claire's school Christmas program was on the night of the 7th, so that's where we spent George's birthday evening. The plus side was that grandparents came to watch the show, so we all went to Yogurt Mountain afterwards to get some celebratory fro-yo. :)

George had vanilla yogurt with fruit, sprinkles, and yogurt chips and of course he loved it! It was a fun way to end his special day. 

Every one of us is crazy about George, and are so excited to continue to watch him grow into a toddler over the next year. We just love our Christmas angel baby!
